Mr Farrar steps away from his manic persona, as we take a serious look at the gradual development of his programme from its humble beginnings over 4 years ago into the mayhem filled extravanganza it is now. We also get the chance to hear a brand new song (recorded live in the studio) by Bristol singer songwriter Tom Mitchell. On this week;s show we let the prog take us on a jounrey thorugh mystical lands, featuring music from Led Zeppelin, Steve Hackett and Jethro Tull! Also featuring some lesser known prog acts such as Dirty Three, Anthony Phillips and Rhapsody of Fire! I’m really pleased with how this one sounds.

Brimscombe & Thrupp midfielder Gary Probert was on the show to discuss the Lilywhites fantastic 2012-13 Hellenic Division One West campaign which saw the club earn promotion into the Hellenic Premier Division.

The former Forest Green Rovers under 18’s coach reflects on what a great season it was for Brimscombe in detail with progress both on and off the pitch as well as previewing the club’s forthcoming Hellenic Premier campaign – including their pre-season schedule which sees them take on Forest Green once again.

There is also ex-FGR player news featuring the likes of Tomi Ameobi, Ian Herring, Tommy Wright and Steve Winter plus discover which former Rovers youngster has just been released by Premier League giants Liverpool.

The other group I talk with are ‘Moulettes’ – They’ve been hailed as front-runners of the new British acoustic scene. This groups album ‘The Bears Revenge’ is a fantastic listen.
